A nyní se můžete pokusit vydat se na svoji 1. astrální cestu. Je to zážitek, na který nikdy nezapomenete a který budete chtít opakovat znovu a znovu.

Jakmile se vám cesta zdaří, budete si ji chtít co nejdříve zopakovat, ale radím vyčkat 24 hodin, protože je to přeci jen psychický nápor a i organismus potřebuje čas na vzpamatování se.
